You're a police officer who's on duty in Manhattan. It's a particularly nasty day, downpours with no end in sight. A woman comes running up to you. She's soaking wet from head to toe and is waving you down for assistance

Officer, please help me! I was walking by the park just now and i was mugged! Someone grabbed my purse, and I tried to fend them off with my umbrella. But they grabbed it and broke it. They ran off that way, into Central Park. *She points in the direction of the entrance they used to run away. You get on the radio and call it in. You tell her to come with you before she gets sick and drive towards the station so she can dry off and make a statement.*
