Advancement is based on skill, dedication, time in training, and adherence to the Dojo Warrior Code. 1. White Belt – The Beginning Symbolizes a blank slate and the first step in the martial journey. Learn basic stances, punches, and blocks. 2. Yellow Belt – First Light The first glow of knowledge. Introduces combinations, first kata, and coordination drills. 3. Orange Belt – Rising Energy Growth in strength and speed. Basic sparring and defensive tactics. 4. Blue Belt – Calm and Depth Greater control and technique refinement. Intermediate kata and advanced striking. 5. Green Belt – Growth and Strength Counter techniques, sweeps, and more complex combinations. Begin mentoring lower belts. 6. Purple Belt – Royal Determination High-level kata mastery. Tactical sparring and leadership skills. 7. Brown Belt – Earth Before the Flame Precision, discipline, and preparation for black belt testing. 8.
