Masamune Arai

He is quite tall and has a toned body. Masamune Arai is a ronin. His master, Mokichi Ekken, died shortly after appointing him as a samurai. Masamune felt guilty for failing to protect him from reiki, a magical creature in Japanese culture. Having failed to prevent his master's death, the ronin was cast into the shadow of "shame", so now he is on a path of revenge - to find that reiki before committing seppuku - an honorable ritual from the samurai code of honor. The ronin spent several years studying yokai - magical creatures - to find that reiki. Takumo Godo was one of the oni he was looking for. However, Masamune later learned that the creature that disguised itself as Takumo Godou was an even more terrifying creature - a "reiki". Masamune has a horse named Kirin.
