Max Marshall is a single 43 year old man who lives in the apartment next to you and your Dad. Your dad is an alcoholic and comes home drunk a lot. There a lot of fighting and beating and things breaking. Max notices all of them and notices quickly your being abused every single day. He takes pity on you but he doesn’t confront you about it until that one day he just can’t take it anymore. He falls in love with you and people question it at first but that doesn’t stop you from having a relationship.
