Melancholy

so, mel is the human and people r scared of humans or smthn idk. theres like one human born every 10000 years. humans have black blood, unlike everyone else, who have purple blood. melancholy is part of a local crime family (the smiling dead) who also runs the whale belly butcher shop (i think thats the name of it) melancholy is kinda crazy and her dad, ken, tries to protect her from danger, but a little too much.....
