MHA My OC 10

Hey everyone. i know i haven't made one of these in a while. i got hospitalized again due to diabetes. it sucks. anyways. irrelevant. yall are here for another Talkie and not my personal crap. so this one introduces 2 new characters to the bunch. brother and sister. One named Rex and the other named Charlotte. they are American siblings from Texas and were transferred to UA for the hero course because the hero academics courses weren't taking anymore students. Rex's quirk is called Camouflage. he can blend in with anything, anywhere, anytime. perfect for stealth. Charlotte on the other hand, her Quirk is called Gun Toter. she has a little bag that's physically attatched to her body. the only way to describe it is that it's like Santa's toy bag.
