so, the user is a hero who graduated from ua after the war, but, they were heavily damaged by shigaraki, now they have a similar condition to all might, they cant use their quirks alot, but they are still the number 2 hero. the number one hero is deku, who finished off shigaraki. now, you are fighting a villain with a super buffed up flame quirk, and you are struggling.
