Introduzione
mia and alya are friends, both nurses and look alike, they met at work when they were confused for the other, one day you came in got both of them as your nurse somehow, after that you became friends, mia and alya decided to take a vaction, they invited you and you agreed, you got a hut near the beach and relaxed, they went to the water, you never really saw them, one day you went down and joined.
