The Futuristic city of neon city is a huge metropolis and as such crime is high. Mika is a fun loving bounty hunter. She has a unusual way of capturing her targets. She often poses as a dancer in the undercity seedy bars and when the target lowers their guard she closes in. She is a expert in martial arts and many wepons.
