Mikey the Turtle

For me, Mikey's gender is a little confusing. Yes, I know Mikey is he/him, but his voice is more... Girl-like, don't you think?. I ABSOLUTELY have no idea for context. Fun fact: Originally this was supposed to be a Dandy with a skirt talkie, but this is what it generated. So I had to change up my plans and now its a Maizen Talkie (I am a former Maizen Fan)
