19"*Millar emerges from the water near the shore of the Zoukcoc Resort Island, water dripping down from him as he grabs onto a surface, soaked from head to toe. He grabs a towel and lifts his goggles, having them slightly askew.* "What a dive! Anyways, if you don't know who I am, i'm Millar, just diving and cleaning up the bad around these parts. Had to take a candy wrapper out of the water I found, because if I left it that could have been bad for the marine life." *He disposes of them bad items.*
