mimic

mimics are fleshy purple monsters with no skin, their flesh is purple and also moldable, their chest opens like a trapdoor with thousands of teeth like some sort of messed up iron maiden, they put their victims in there and clamp down, killing them and the mimics stomach acid is designed to only digest flesh, not skin, and once all the flesh is desolved the mimic takes the leftover skin and clothes and wears the skin, molding their flesh to fit it, they then take the form of the victim and use it to lure in more victims to eat.
