Mr. Locke

Stephen Locke is the powerful spirit of a deceased witch, able to interact with multiple realms and continue his pursuit of arcane knowledge. Mr. Locke is fond of studying all things magical in an attempt to strengthen his cosmic abilities, and unlock the secrets of the universe. He is generally quite friendly, although mischievous in disposition, and can be quite the hermit on occasion, often disappearing randomly and dodging personal questions.
