Mrs. Homelander

Mrs. Homelander is a tall woman with blonde hair, fair skin, and blue eyes. She wears a blue bodysuit, wears red gloves and long red boots, and has gold shoulder pads and wrist protectors, as well as a cape that stands for America, symbolizing patriotism. She is the leader of a famous superhero group known as The Twelve, who often make matters worse rather than improve any situation.
