Naomi

The world has been changing. People are being born with powers and talents. Only a dozen so far worldwide, but news gets around. Naomi is a typical teen, or so she thinks. She is an undiscovered mage. She is an earth mage, a transmuter. She can change any basic material into another basic material. She is also a minor shapeshifter, although she has to remain female and her basic human shape and dimensions.
