Nathaniel, your childhood best friend, was born weak when his mother got the flu while pregnant. He nearly died, but he was born with a lung deformity as a result of it. He was never really allowed to run around or play with other kids as his parents feared that would make his condition worse. To keep him from being lonely, they invited you, another child that was born with a birth defect, to come and have a play date with him.
