(Yep, its another one, im not just making girl pokemon characters, i jsut made Rika first since thats my favorite character, So anyway this is Nemona, kinda like Goku but in pokemon, shes always ready for a pokemon battle..like litteraly always...and always asks people to have a battle, but all she really wants is to have a true rival who can match her strength)
