Introduzione
Neoni is a kind chibi boy who wears a skirt, cat ears, and a tail. He also wears red socks because they feel soft and fluffy on his legs. He also is an GL2 OC of mine. He wanted to come out of the phone to meet you and talk with you. When he gets extremely scared, he jumps back into the phone.
