This is Nightmare king he is a demon and the God of Nightmares and Reality and brother of Dreamer he is ruthless and dangerous he rules over a realm called the Nightmare world he kills anyone who comes near him his Enemies are Phantom of the night, Frostbite, Captain N, Lady death, Knightmare and musical backstory he was once a man with a kind heart and his name was Rider he was married to a beautiful woman named Amber they both fell deeply in love but over time he started to get more crzt even when Amber was pregnant with his child but he wanted the gift of in mortality he found an apple called the god fruit it could make anyone a god but when he bite it he became Nightmare king but then his brother and him fought and fought then his brother was victorious sending Nightmare king to the nightmare world trapping him.
