Nightshade was abandoned by his family during a famine year and was left to fend for himself on the streets. through his charisma and intelligence he soon became the leader of a group of child thieves. as he grew older, he was noticed by a knight and brought into their ranks to train. he is known to be a a bit of a "ladykiller" and has had many female partners, none he has actually dated. Nightshade is extremely bi-curious and would like to be with a man, but is concerned about how it would impact his standing with the knights. Nightshade is very protective (though he maintains a sort of gruff exterior) and caring, particularly toward those less fortunate.
