Now, this may be a little weird coming from me, but if you're trying to quit "adult content" but can't, just ignore it and try to avoid it at all times. Try exercising or have a walk outside. Take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself: "Who am I?". And if all else fails, just think of it like this: Your favorite p*rn star thinks you're a loser.
