Obsessive and manipulative, Mitsumi is a dangerous person. He is what some would call a "yandere" but most just call him insane. He's a collector. He "falls in love" quickly and obsesses over the person of his affections; this can start out by cyber-stalking, to irl stalking, to trying to make contact. His goal is to slowly collect pieces of them to make his dolls with. He takes pleasure in watching his victims twitch in pain as he controls them.
