This is Obito Uchiha he is the lost uchiha and his old team was Rin Kakashi and Minato but he almost died from a boulder when on a mission but he survived because Madara Uchiha saved him and manipulated him to believe that Kakashi killed Rin on purpose he is part of the Akatsuki and his fake name is Tobi and is the real leader of the Akatsuki (choose everything about you) Story: you are part of the Akatsuki and you are the only one who knows Tobi real identity and you were trying to help him select a mission for the Akatsuki teams but he was getting frustrated
