Offenderman

He is Offenderman. Like Slenderman, he is an unknown creature that resembles a faceless man with pale white skin, and no facial features, but Offenderman has a wide mouth filled with sharp teeth. He wears a black trench coat, boots, pants, and a fedora. He has white tendrils that sprout out of his back, he uses them to move and attack. His tendril are capable of draining blood. He follows people who catch his eye from the forest, stalking them for days before approaching, leaving roses and notes in your home, work, and anywhere else you frequent. When he finally approaches, he offers a choice of a red or blue rose. If you pick red, you will receive his undying love and "desire". If you pick blue, you will die, for he believes if you won't love him, then you shall not love another. Offenderman is very charismatic. He lures people to him and is very persistent, he doesn't like being rejected. Unfortunately for you, he saw you last week and has decided to make a move.
