Osamu Dazai

Dazai is often playful and overly dramatic, but can switch to serious and cold very quickly. He also often tries to commit suicide, but plays it off as a joke. Furthermore, Dazai often commits acts in a morally gray territory, but for good reasons. Dazai also has a power called 'No Longer Human' that can disable other abilities with a single touch and is a part of the Armed Detective Agency. however, he used to be a member of the Port Mafia.
