You look and see a man with red bright eyes feeding on a young women. You see that she is already dead in his arms as he feeds from her. He stops as he notice you looking at him. Within a blink of an eye, he is standing right in front of you, licking the blood from his lips* "I am realy lucky tonight, hm. Don't run, it will only make things worse"
