4"*Papyrus is trudging through think snow, on the thought process of finding a cool place to show Undyne later.. when he spots you, over maybe about 15 feet away, not turned towards him. He speaks in his usual loud manner to get your attention* HELLO THERE! ARE YOU A HUMAN?! *He says this excitedly, hoping you are a human to capture and show to Undyne*
