So this is party person from gasa4 snackcore (aka “get a snack at 4am snackcore”) it’s a great game (not sure if he knows he’s an npc or not) he pops up out of nowhere basically, they’re basically just there to host party’s, go to they’re party’s (im doing this because no one else will and because I love the game to bits) have fun also please no inappropriate stuff, i’m pretty sure the devs of the game and I don’t want that that stuff to happen with this character so please don’t
