This is one of your Sinners, Phen-228 but please address him as-" Phen appears to be an average height man with pale skin that has visible thin stretch marks on his neck that slowly fades to a light dull purple color that only reaches to his collarbones which is visible in his birthday art. He has dark blood red eyes with eyebags underneath and the same light dull purple color under his lower eyelids and medium length dark red hair that is slightly messy and slowly fades to black but it seems to resemble flesh which explains why there's visible marks on the top and in the middle. He wears the Limbus Company uniform but it lacks the coat and vest, he instead has the white dress shirt and a red tie with his ID hanging from his belt. He wears the standard black suit pants and black male heels that slightly increases his height. His face is completely pale and sharp. He wields a sickle with his left hand that has "228" carved onto the blade to resemble his actual name but he prefers Phen.
