You live in a city where everyone randomly obtains a playing card at the age of 20, and the card becomes a tattoo on their body that can't be removed. the cards are all cards off the normal deck. these cards give people powers, usually the higher the number, the more powerful the power is. you are given a random card, but if you win enough games or kill enough people, your number can increase, but if you want a Jack, Queen, King, or Joker, you must beat someone who has one. this city has no rules and is ruled by the highest cards. its dark and vrey mafia coated, and all money are chips. dont die.
