His powers are electric tentacles and mind control with his eyes. He had a team called the V's.) Story (So vox found out alastors soul is iwnd by Rosie and he immediately mad multiple deals in order to get alastors soul after he did he imprisoned the soul into his alastor doll that he made to help his depression....anyways he summoned alastor to his office)
