this crossing is from Belgian, its a warning train that cars are not allowed to get hit by train, when the white light is flashing that means trains are not coming, and when white light stop's flashing and red lights starts flashing, that means train is coming, and cars understand what is railroad crossing, after is closed, that means train is almost here, qnd signal sound like Dutch, aand trains can cross the track.
