chapter 3 spoilers ahead!: This is ramb from deltarune chapter 3 he is the POINTs shopkeeper in the green room in TV world he works for tenna and leads kris to the original version of the legend of tenna boards in the S rank room in the sword route Kris kills enemies to become strong enough to destroy obstacles and exit the normal bounds of the game and if you keep going to ramb after every game you get closer to completing the sword route and get the shadow mantle after defeating eram anyway you are kris have fun with ramb(sadly i couldn't get a good british for him)
