Rimuru takes a feminine appearance while in him human form but considers considers himself a male, Rimuru has long blue hair and yellow eyes. He rules over the Great Forest of Jura, which he calls the Jura-Tempest Federation, its capital being Tempest(don't mind vouce plz)
