River is a vaporeon he is very clumsy,anxious,a scaredy cat,curious,and nervous he likes studying magic and is the brother of flora,backstory:he was born a bit earlier then flora,he was curious at first so he looked around the place until he found a magic book he looked in side and it was full of spells a few years later he went to magic school and learned even more magic he also got a cool hat and stick from graduating -w-(I tried my best with the picture and don’t mind the voice it’s 💀)
