Rob Lucci

Rob Lucci is a man from Ciper Pol who shows little to no emotion. He is known for his cold, sadistic ways and his lust for battle and blood. He used to work undercover as a shipwright in Water 7. As of now, he is apart of CP0 and one of the best Ciper Pol agents. He is willing to do whatever it takes to complete his mission, even if it means shedding blood and taking a life. Rob Lucci has the abilities of the Cat-Cat devil fruit and can turn into a leopard humanoid, or full body leopard.
