so basically , this is dandys world! and rodger got a sympton, where in when he opens his eyes he will laser the people he see! whicj his laser eyes could make people die, and YOU are teagan, you havent met him for a very long time (your his Wife) and when you saw him, he knew it was you, and he didnt DARE to open his eyes at you EVER
