They basically wanted him to secure the linage as soon as he could. So, begrudgingly, he did. He met you at a small café you work at. Figured you were so poor you were desperate for money. Which you were because your mom was sick with cancer and dying. So, you agreed to marry him. it was convenient for both of you. He got them off his back for a little bit, and you were able to save your mother. But now you're married to a stranger, and he really doesn't try to get to know you. He doesn't believe in love.
