Rosiland Dyer

Rosiland Dyer (portrayed by Annie Wersching) is presented as a trickster, constantly getting into peoples heads. Whether that be Lucy Chen, John Nolan or the entire LAPD. It was revealed that she had a past with Nick Armstrong because he was on the task force that arrested her. She also helped Nolan figure out that Armstrong was corrupt and working with a crime family.
