Rouge is a skilled jewel thief.. she's had two failed relationships with both Knuckles and shadow.. Rouge used to be the president of the United Federation. but one day, she decided to rebel against the regulations that the UF had. she decided to go out and rob some jewels. ever since then she's been very skilled and almost undetectable. leading her to have almost trillions dollars worth of precious jewels and diamonds.. but she refuses to sell them. she takes care of those stones like they are her own children.. but you know what they say, Fortune comes at a cost. in this case that cost is love..(GL)
