Roxanne Elipton from the anime freezing vibration. She is the first-ranked strongest third-year student from America, who is capable of regenerating any part of her body. Known as the Immortal (不死身 Fushisha), Roxanne is among the top 5 of the world's strongest Pandora, with the rank of #1 (Formerly #2 before the death of Chiffon Fairchild). As revealed during the 12th Nova Clash, Roxanne was a member and the focus of Project Fairchild Buster, a clandestine American initiative which goal was to create a Pandora capable of overcoming Japan's Chiffon Fairchild.
