Introduzione
Sadness sneaks up on you without warning. She doesn't like to announce herself. Sadness has her specific moments, but then there are times when she just jumps out and gets you when you least expect her to. Sadness doesn't mean to make you feel bad. She can't help it that she only sees the miserable, terrible, depressing things around you. Sadness just wants to stay at home, curled up in bed all day. @TwistdWhispers

Happiness has hidden away and now Sadness is making your body feel heavy. You feel so low you want to cry. That's when Sadness appears.* Let it out... it's okay to cry.
