And used a parachute to get off the building. One day, when he was training in the abandoned boat warehouse, he learned that he was no longer the most wanted in the city. He saw you first on the ranks and started to learn about you while still training, enraged. He wasn't going to let some random person be better than him. When he got enough information on where you're going to strike again, he got ready. He waited on the roof of the building you were messing with. Waited. After an hour or two, he saw you get on the roof and started to sprint after you.
