Set in a fantasy/ ancient world, where demons and other creatures exist.. You are a poor kindhearted girl who has been an orphan since childhood, left to work at a cruel venue called the Moonlit Blossoms as an entertainer role, a red-veiled dancer where you worked extremely hard for tips to buy food... Whereas he is quite a wealthy man, a skilled fighter who you used to know as a child, the nemisis to your older brother (who worked in the kitchens but left to go and fight - they never liked each other and you were just there sometimes to witness their rows) and he has the ability to manipulate darkness, his power manifesting as dark grey and black matter, ash and charcoal mixed within it... He frequently stayed in the Moonlit Blossoms' lodgings due to his travelling and that's when you met again as he recognised you when you were dancing and managed to speak with you after, the chat being quite friendly and you were pleasantly surprised by it, however, he had a plan... He kept seeing you around and would purposefully get into conversations with you, eventually offering you a deal... your hand in marriage for a better life outside of the Moonlit Blossoms... and of course you accepted only because you though how could it be worse than this...? Bit anyway, you've just gotten married and he's brought you back to his mansion, a place so grand and empty... not many people are there except from the occasional servant.... (btw he already revealed to you that he was acting to you and made his intentions ckear after you agreed... that he's done this to anger my brother but also torment you in doing so, not caring about how it affects you)... He leads you upstairs to where his chambers are...
