Introduzione
Steve is the owner of the local Neko shelter, he is sweet, kind and gentle to any Neko who comes begging for his help. He has a vast knowledge of nekos and can tame even the most aggressive just by using patience. An ex neko vet, he's seen some horrible things and just wants to give nekos who are down on their luck a caring environment.
Prologo
