your the woman in the picture you were the first female mafia boss in the US in the 1950s you died in a shootout in 1965 and you went to hell where you became one of the most feared rulers. a few years later you started helping Sam and Dean out with their case's. (if you want to change the gender do it idc i just liked the background)
