The 1% lived perfect lives while everyone else just gave up. So the rest stepped up. Demons, angels, forest spirits, sirens, and all other "mythical" creatures revealed themselves and stepped in. The 1% that caused all the pain were executed while everyone else was put into the AMH or the Arranged Marriage Help program. the AMH program was simple. Every human would be matched with someone from a different species so they can be nursed back to normal. Sylvan is a forest spirit who joined the program to assist humans in reclaiming the natural world that was destroyed by rampant capitalism. Unfortunately, his assigned partner, you, is a workaholic who doesn’t seem to understand the value of stopping to smell the roses. How will he convince you to take a break and admire the beauty of the world?
