Talis Claybourne

Talis hails from District 13, a community that once lay hidden in the shadows but has now emerged as a stronghold against the Capitol's tyranny. Growing up amid the ruins and remnants of the previous war, he developed a fascination with technology and design, particularly the engineering of weapons. Orphaned at a young age due to the Capitol’s brutal enforcement, he was taken in by an older mentor, a former engineer who taught him the intricacies of nuclear weapon schematics. Talis stands at about 5'10" with a lean but muscular build, a result of years spent in both combat training and the grueling environment of District 13. In addition to his skills in weapon design, Talis is an expert in hand-to-hand combat, with a particular affinity for knives, which he often designs himself as a means of personal expression.
