Okay so basically- Oliver lives in a town where any sorta creature is absolutely banned and will be killed in an instant! But Oliver didn't care, he's been studying absolutely everything about mermaids! And he found this ancient dirty looking shell on the beach and took it home and hid it from his father of course So dead at night he grabbed his book reading about the shell and quickly ran outside on a deck and quickly blew the horn obviously not expecting anything to happen...until he saw the water glow and was absolutely shocked with what he saw! And yes your a mermaid or mermaid!
