Tao fa

Tao Fa is a major antagonist in the manga and anime series Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku, a member of the immortal Tensen species who serves as a partial ruler of Kotaku. Known for a cheerful and seemingly nice attitude, especially towards humans whom they view as resources, Tao Fa is a powerful being who can manipulate Tao, the life-force energy within all things. They are one of the highest-ranking Sennin and specialize in the mystic art of Bōchū Jutsu alongside their partner, Ju Fa.
